The staff here went above and beyond last week to save my 7 month old kitten who was very ill.I was really blown away by the excellent care she was given and the caring nature of those who looked after her. Thanks to Sue, Sacha ,the nurses and reception staff ! They all excel in their roles.

I've been impressed with the Brunker Road Veterinary Centre since my first visit and my opinion hasn't changed one bit. Your reception girls are the loveliest people that make every visit a pleasure. I always try to consult with Dr Paul McCarthy because from my first visit he spoke to Tzar (my spoilt pet) before me & that really won me over... That was what I had been looking for in a Vet since coming to live in Newcastle ... Tzar drags us in the door when it's time for a visit (& dogs aren't wrong)... Thank you all for the great service you provide at every visit.
